Either choice's certainly be better than letting the game gather dust. I would think they could handle either selling the rights back or acting as publisher for this situation too.

Plus, Ubisoft's a big developer with quite a few hits recently. If you ask me, that should go a ways in helping get these games on digital distribution. Yeah, Ubisoft published it, but Cyan MADE these games. I've never really understood this whole legal thing, if I'm really being honest. I really don't get why Ubisoft is giving them so much trouble about it. You can get Myst 3 and IV off of amazon though and get them to run on most Windows systems using compatibility mode.

You have to have an old copy of the game in order to play, but it works much better than compatibility mode. Fans will findmore of what they love about Myst and Riven and a few surprises. The game is currently completable with a few minor glitches.
